Your Stay

1. You are most welcome from ± 3.00 p.m the day of arrival. You are kindly requested to say bye bye and pay the day of departure before 12.00 am.

2. The rent is inclusive towels for bathroom and kitchen, sheets, duvets, gas, electricity, water,tourist tax, firewood, herbes and vegetables from the garden and cleaningcosts at leave. You are kindly asked to leave the cottage the way you found it. Take off the bedsheets and vacume clean the cottage before leaving.

3. Before you go to bed put off all the lights and switch the central heating to 14º C.

A deposit is not requested. We presume that you will treat everything carefully. An accident can always happen, if so, then say so and it will be settled before leaving.

Payment

1. When you stay longer then 3 nights, we kindly request you to make a bank-transfer of 50% in 7 days after confirmation. Bank-details will be sent in the confirmation after the booking. After payment is received the agreement is set. The other 50% of the rent will be paid cash at leave.

Cancellation

1. Cancellation in 6 till 2 weeks before the rent-period, 15% of the rent-amount has to be paid.

2. Cancellation within 2 weeks before the rent-period, 50% of the rent-amount has to be paid. If we find another renter for this period, then return of refund will take place.

Responsibility

1. The landlord is not responsible for damage or theft of the renter’s property, situating in or outside the rented house. The landlord is not responsible for any accident or injury of the renter and other persons during their stay, unless it’s caused due to a shortcoming in the rented house which is to be blamed on the landlord.

2. The renter is responsible for the damage to the rented house, its equipment, its grounds and the possessions of the landlord, caused by the renter, his family-members and/or his visitors.

Point at issue

1. All Point of issue concerning this agreement, applies to the Dutch law. Only a Dutch judge is competent to take notice of the points of issue.
